How tank filters work:
Filters are placed in the outlet hole of the gravity tank, which is the cup from which the material flows to the gun. They filter the material in the final phase of application, trapping solid particles on their surface. After use, it is best to replace them with new ones to ensure continued high quality of the filtered material.
The paint cup filter serves as the last barrier against potential contaminants that may be present in the material sprayed into the gun, thus protecting the nozzles from clogging and affecting the quality of the coating being applied.
Filters are very durable due to the use of nylon mesh in their production. Their universal design makes them compatible with most spray guns with a top cup, including: Speedway, Professional, Expert, and Leader.
