TIG glass lens set PYREX SRT 17/26/18

TIG glass lens – a gas nozzle with a lens shaping the gas outflow in the torch of a TIG welding torch. Used for welding torches cooled by gas and water types SRT 17,18,26.

The TIG welding kit with a gas nozzle made of high temperature resistant glass is designed for professional welding of alloys requiring good gas shielding, e.g. various types of titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys and aluminum alloys.

The use of transparent nozzle allows the welder full control over the weld pool and the ability to feed flux from each side. In addition, welding in hard-to-reach areas where a standard ceramic nozzle obscures the view becomes less burdensome.

The special design of the gas lens provides excellent gas shield of the electrode, pond and their immediate surroundings. The increased laminar flow of shielding gas precisely cools the weld and torch parts.
