The WELDER FANTASY PERFECT PLASMA 60 L plasma cutter is designed for cutting electrically conductive elements made of carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminium and its alloys, brass, copper and cast iron. The plasma cutters in the new PERFECT series have 60% cutting efficiency, allowing for trouble-free operation in all conditions, including heavy industry. The device, thanks to the use of the most modern IGBT transistors, ensures continuous operation and is failure-free.
The plasma cutter can be used in the automotive industry, ship-building, welding sheet metal, locksmithing and steel construction industries, and many others.
The PERFECT PLASMA 60 L are equipped with a modern user interface that allows to choose from four languages: Polish, English, German and French. The control panel allows you to set the following cutting parameters:
- thickness [mm],
- cut speed [m/min],
- gas pressure [MPa],
- arc ignition through two cycles or four cycles (2T/4T),
- cutting amperage [A],
- post-flow - regulation of the shielding gas flow time after cutting completion [s],
- cutting mode depending on the substrate - grid or plate.
Device is equipped with system of contactless arc ignition with reverse flow "BLOW-BACK". This method moves the electrode backwards when arc ignites. The undoubted advantage of this type of solution is the lower usage of consumables and the reduction of electromagnetic interference to a minimum, compared to HF ignition.
