The Welder Fantasy GALAXY CUT 40 plasma cutter is designed for cutting electrically conductive elements made of carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminium and its alloys, brass, copper and cast iron. The plasma cutters in the new GALAXY series have 30% cutting efficiency, allowing for trouble-free operation in all conditions, including heavy industry.
Thanks to the use of technology based on IGBT transducers, ADORE welding machines are characterised by their welding continuity and reliablility. The machine can be used in automotive, shipbuilding industry, welding sheet metal, locksmithing and many others. Thanks to low weight, compact design and 230V rated input voltage GALAXY plasma cutter can be used in the most difficult conditions.
Device is equipped with system of contactless arc ignition with reverse flow "BLOW-BACK". This method moves the electrode backwards when arc ignites. The undoubted advantage of this type of solution is the lower usage of consumables and the reduction of electromagnetic interference to a minimum, compared to HF ignition.
This has a large impact on the electrical devices protection, such as controllers, stepper motors or computers, located in the vicinity of the plasma cutter. An additional advantage is the lower failure rate of the device by eliminating the HF module.
