I. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE WHOLESALE

1. Purchasing at wholesale prices can make individuals engaged in business activities, companies, enterprises for the purpose of resale.
2. In order to obtain the wholesale price is the message or provide documents company NIP, registration, certificates of doing business. Wholesale price list provide when you submit a request containing company information and contact details and documents.
3. Wholesale orders are accepted by fax or e-mail through order form in the case of cash purchases also by phone.

5. The ordered goods are shipped via DHL, the Polish Post Office or our transport.
6. Commodity shipping costs depend on the value invoice:
- to 1100 PLN netto – at the expense of the customer,
- above 1100 PLN netto – at our expense*.
* does not apply to shipping of welding wire and technical hoses
7. For each shipment we deliver the consignment note invoice.

II. COMMENCEMENT OF COOPERATION

The first three transactions are made in cash (cash on delivery) or wire transfer as payment. Prepayment - after sending the contract issue Pro Forma invoice and send it to the address or fax number. Shipment after the payment is received on our bank account:

Next transactions are carried deferral payment period to 14 days. 

III. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are executed in the following manner:
- goods which are in stock and ordered before 14 hours are sent the same day, ordered after the 14th day of the following,
- orders for goods that are not in stock are carried out according to individual client requests on the basis of information received from suppliers,
- reciprocating compressors and other bulky goods are sent within two working days or own transport company supplied skilled worker.

IV. PAYMENT TRANSFER

Deferral of payment of 14 days is possible only after submitting a written request by fax or e-mail.  
Note! Payments in our company are monitored and in case of default in payments next orders are accepted only after payment of arrears. Retention payments results in attaining contracts only for cash on delivery or prepayment. 

V. ECOLOGY

According to DIRECTIVE OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL 2012/19/UE on 4 july 2012r. on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and its application in the light of national legislation, Waste Electrical subject to separate collection and should hit the recycling facilities to ensure processing in an environmentally friendly manner.

Accordingly, the company FACHOWIEC F.H.W. Zenon Świętek adapted to the requirements w / in the rules and was registered in the register of the Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection under: E0007441WZ and signed a contract with the company CCR REWEEE Recovery Organization Electrical and Electronic Equipment S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Przejazd 4/49 (now CCR RELECTRA).

The company that was responsible for the performance of duties imposed directly on FACHOWIEC F.H.W. Zenon Świętek to the collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment.  

The used equipment may also be delivered directly to the company FACHOWIEC.
