Description:
Microprocessor rectifier FC-4000 is a device designed for charging batteries of all types in 12V and 6V installations. The charger can charge acid batteries, WET (flooded with electrolyte), MF (maintenance-free), EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery), GEL, AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) with a capacity of 1.2 to 130 Ah.
The built-in microprocessor enables faster, easier and safer battery charging. The rectifier is equipped with protection systems against sparking, polarity swapping, short circuit, overheating and reducing the risk of electric shock.

Stages of battery charging:
STEP 1 : ANALYSIS 1 (the device checks if it is properly connected to the battery)
STEP 2 : DESULPHURISATION (pulsed charging to remove sulfates
STEP 3: ANALYSIS 2 (check whether the battery can accept the charge)
STEP 4: SOFT START (the rectifier gradually increases the charging current)
STEP 5: CONTINUOUS CHARGING (the charger charges the battery with constant voltage)
STEP 6: ABSORBING (the rectifier loads the battery with a constant amperage to obtain maximum voltage)
STEP 7: ANALYSIS 3 (test whether the battery holds the charge)
STEP 8: MAINTENANCE (the charger continuously monitors the battery charge status and recharges when it goes below the minimum level)
