Description:
TERMS OF PAID EXTENDED WARRANTY
1. All new JET series welding devices sold at an authorized FACHOWIEC sales point are covered by an extended warranty of up to 3 years, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
a) The purchaser is a business entity registered in Poland or a consumer residing in Poland;
b) The purchaser is not engaged in commercial rental of welding equipment;
c) During the extended warranty period, the purchaser must perform paid periodic inspections every 12 months at a FACHOWIEC service center or another service provider authorized by FACHOWIEC;
d) The purchaser consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of providing warranty service.
2. The extended warranty period begins from the date of purchase. Throughout the 3-year warranty, all repairs and required inspections must be recorded in the warranty card. Warranty repairs will be completed within 14 working days from the date the claimed device is delivered to an authorized FACHOWIEC service center. In exceptional cases, such as the need to order missing parts or conduct additional diagnostics, the repair period may be extended.
WARRANTY CLAIM REJECTION
The guarantor may reject a warranty claim in the following cases:

Use of the device contrary to its intended purpose or user manual;

Delivery of a dirty device, without standard accessories or nameplate;

The defect arises from a cause other than a material or manufacturing fault inherent to the device;

Formal defects in sales documentation, such as an incomplete warranty card or missing proof of purchase;

Warranty holograms have been removed or tampered with.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
1. Parts subject to natural wear despite proper usage, such as welding and plasma cutting torches, electrode and grounding holders, and their components;
2. Defects resulting from mechanical, thermal, or chemical damage to the device or accessories;
3. Damage caused by improper transport or storage;
4. Damage from operating in excessively low or high temperatures;
5. Damage due to faulty electrical installation, flooding, or moisture affecting electrical components;
6. Incorrect power connection (e.g., wrong polarity, incorrect voltage of 230V or 400V, missing phases, or loosely connected wires);
7. Damage caused by overloading or overheating the device;
8. Incorrect parameter settings or interference with internal components or controls;
9. Damage due to lack of recommended maintenance as stated in the manual;
10. Cleaning with excessively high pressure or aggressive chemical agents;
11. Damage caused by overtightening or insufficient tightening of components, resulting in connector damage;
12. Use contrary to the device's intended purpose.
WARRANTY VOIDANCE
Warranty becomes void in cases of:
1. Failure to follow the operating manual;
2. Improper usage;
3. Overloading the machine;
4. Disassembly by unauthorized persons;
5. Removal or damage of warranty holograms.

Important:
In the event of an unjustified complaint, the claimant will bear the costs of transportation and inspection in accordance with the service center's price list.
