Painting guns: Used for applying paints and varnishes. There are several types:
HP (High Pressure): Characterized by high working pressure, they are efficient but can generate more paint mist.
HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure): Operate at low pressure, minimizing mist and increasing material application efficiency.
LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure): Require little air and operate at low pressure, ideal for precision painting tasks.
Blow and inflate guns: Used for cleaning, dust removal, or inflating. They can be divided into:
Standard: For general workshop tasks.
With a long nozzle: For cleaning hard-to-reach places.
With flow regulation: Allow precise adjustment of air stream strength.
Specialized: Designed for industrial applications, resistant to damage.
Pneumatic spraying guns are specialized tools for applying anti-corrosion agents, oils, and greases.
Spraying guns: Used for precise distribution of preservation agents for chassis and other vehicle components.
Preservation guns.
The main types of preservation guns are chassis preservation guns, closed profile preservation guns, and guns for applying spray masses, such as UBS type coatings. There are also guns designed for specific tasks, such as oil sprayers or foam guns.
Chassis preservation gun: Designed for applying thick preservation agents to the vehicle's chassis, often with a tank located at the bottom.
Closed profile preservation gun: Equipped with a long, flexible probe that allows access to hard-to-reach places inside the body profiles.
Spray mass gun
Foam gun.
Used for applying materials with a special, structural texture, such as anti-corrosion foam.
Guns for other spray masses.
Specialized guns for applying other protective masses, such as bituminous or anti-corrosion masses.
Upholstery cleaning gun.
It has a rotating core that foams the cleaning agent, making it easier to clean upholstery and car mats.
There are mainly two types of pneumatic upholstery cleaning guns:
tornado type cleaning guns (with a rotating nozzle), which suck in dirt thanks to the effect of rotating air,
washing guns or foamers, which apply cleaning agents in the form of foam or liquid (often with a small tank), and sometimes allow for the extraction of dirty water. Other types are simple blow guns, using compressed air to blow away loose dirt.
Spraying gun - oil sprayer.
Designed for spraying oil or oils for cleaning or preserving mechanical components.
Blow guns.
Used for cleaning surfaces with compressed air. Although they are not typically for preservation, they are used for surface preparation.
Plaster guns.
Specialized tools designed for applying thick plaster masses. Advantages: Dedicated to plasters, often with adjustable pressure and nozzle diameter (from 2.0 mm and more). Application: Spray plastering, where the use of thick materials is required.
