Description:
PAID EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS
1. All new ARROW series screw compressors purchased at an authorized FACHOWIEC sales point are covered by an extended warranty period of up to 3 years, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
a) The buyer is a business entity registered in Poland or a consumer residing in Poland;
b) The buyer does not operate a business involving the rental of compressors;
c) During the extended warranty period, the buyer must carry out paid periodic inspections every 12 months (or more frequently, if specified in the inspection schedule) at a FACHOWIEC service center or another authorized service provider designated by FACHOWIEC;
d) The buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data for purposes related to warranty service.
2. The extended warranty period begins on the date of purchase. All repairs and mandatory inspections during the 3-year warranty period must be recorded in the warranty card. Warranty repairs will be carried out within 14 working days from the date the claimed machine is delivered to an authorized FACHOWIEC service center. In exceptional cases—such as the need to obtain missing parts or conduct additional diagnostics—the repair period may be extended.
WARRANTY CLAIM REJECTION:
The guarantor may reject a warranty claim in the following cases:
- Use of the device inconsistent with its intended purpose or operating manual;
- Delivery of a dirty device, without standard accessories or nameplate;
- The defect is due to a cause other than a material or manufacturing fault inherent to the device;
- Formal defects in sales documents, such as an incomplete warranty card or missing proof of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY COVERAGE:
1. Parts subject to natural wear and tear despite proper use (e.g., filters, oils, gaskets, o-rings, and other consumables);
2. Defects caused by mechanical, thermal, or chemical damage;
3. Damage resulting from improper transport or storage;
4. Damage from operating at inappropriate temperatures (too low or too high);
5. Damage due to faulty user electrical installation, flooding, or moisture affecting electrical components;
6. Improper power connection (e.g., incorrect polarity, wrong voltage 230V/400V, missing phases, or loosely connected wires);
7. Damage due to equipment overload or overheating;
8. Incorrect configuration of working parameters or tampering with the compressor's control panel;
9. Incorrect pressure settings relative to device requirements;
10. Lack of recommended maintenance as outlined in the manual;
11. Cleaning with excessive pressure or aggressive chemicals;
12. Damage from overtightening or undertightening causing leaks or excessive flow;
13. Use contrary to the intended purpose.
WARRANTY VOIDANCE OCCURS IN THE EVENT OF:
1. Failure to follow the user manual;
2. Improper operation;
3. Overloading the machine;
4. Operating without lubricants;
5. Unauthorized disassembly.

Important:
In the case of an unjustified complaint, the claimant will be charged transport and inspection costs according to the service price list.
