In response to client demand and the current situation on the electricity market, we have extended our product range with the ARROW II 15kW VSD 16 bar screw compressor. It comes equipped with an inverter enabling smooth power adjustment, so it can be adapted to meet your compressed air requirements at any given moment. This allows for significant savings in terms of electricity consumption and also extends the lifespan of the compressor's mechanisms. Combined with a 500l tank and a refrigerated dryer equipped with filters, the compressor forms a complete system for producing compressed air of ISO 8573-1 1:4:1, perfectly suited for operation with CNC laser cutters.

The inverter, or frequency converter, enables the compressor to start up smoothly without the jumps that occur when other starting methods are used.

Stepless acceleration and braking leads to slower wear and tear of the compressor's drive components and reduces electricity consumption. Smooth RPM control is used especially in plants where the demand for compressed air tends to vary.

The compressor is powered by a premium efficiency IE3 synchronous permanent magnet motor, which enables it to generate the appropriate torque from the lowest rotational speed. This solution allows both the dimensions and the noise of the motor to be reduced.

Direct power transmission between the motor and the screw mechanism (see photo) effectively eliminates torsional vibrations and the need to adjust the conventional belt transmission. Instead of traditional pressure hoses, metal pipes are used to connect the compressor's components, which improves the performance of the compressor and increases its reliability.

The reliable inlet valve (see photo) by JIV Pneumatic is a unique combination of a pneumatic valve with electric actuator. The valve is made of aluminium, brass and stainless steel and equipped with NBR seals, which guarantee many thousands of hours of trouble-free operation.

Pressure sensor (see photo) - the conventional pressure switch was eliminated and replaced with an electronic sensor, which enables this critical element to have a longer lifespan (with no mechanical contactor or rubber diaphragm) and also allows immediate diagnostics in the event of a fault.
