Description:
The B1-GXBOX kit from the RQBlowPro series is dedicated to all users who value ergonomics while performing tasks and maintaining an organized workstation. The box contains a plastic blow gun with a B1-GX nozzle port and 5 of the most commonly used nozzles – three metal nozzles with lengths of 100 mm, 160 mm, and 320 mm, one composite nozzle with a length of 100 mm, and one Venturi nozzle. The set is complemented by a magnetic holder that keeps the gun and nozzles organized and neatly displayed, as well as three rubber tips for protecting the metal nozzles.

The B1-GX modular blow gun from the RQBlowPro line is an innovative and multifunctional solution featuring a patented nozzle exchange system, designed for users whose work requires a variety of cleaning solutions. Like the other blow guns in the RQBlowPro range, the body is made of nylon reinforced with glass fiber, providing exceptional durability and resistance to damage. The patented nozzle mounting system allows nozzles to be installed in 6 different positions, enabling more efficient use of the air stream. The nozzle range for this model includes long and short nozzles, as well as special booster* and safety nozzle* versions.
APPLICATIONS:
The B1-GX blow gun is ideal for use in both standard and demanding working environments, particularly where tasks require the use of different nozzles. It is an excellent addition to machining centers, assembly stations, metalworking workstations, and injection mold cleaning stations.

* The safety nozzle complies with OSHA requirements. In the event of nozzle blockage, air will be released through side openings hidden beneath the black ring. After removing the ring, the nozzle can function as a booster, enhancing the air stream by utilizing the Venturi effect.
